What’s Covered

  • Product not delivered — you didn’t receive your license or download link by email.
  • Product not as described — the delivered item doesn’t match its listing.
  • Technical issues / defects — download, activation, or major functionality problems.

Digital goods note: Most issues are solved quickly. If we can’t resolve a technical or delivery problem within 48 hours of your report, you can choose a full refund or a replacement.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at contact@licenzivo.net (or call +32 460 21 96 69) within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and a description of the defect or issue.
  3. We will verify and respond promptly. If approved, we will:
    • Issue a replacement/exchange, or
    • Process a full refund to the original payment method.

Additional Details & Fair Use

  • For digital licenses, no physical return is required. We may deactivate/void the affected key as part of the refund process.
  • To prevent abuse and fraud, we may request basic verification (e.g., order email, screenshots of error messages) when applicable.
  • Please review product specs before purchase; we’re happy to answer pre-sale questions.
